Kapil Sibal, Jagdeep Dhankhar, Symptomatic Malaise, RG Kar Hospital Rape-Homicide Case

Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal on Monday hit again at Home chair Jagdeep Dhankhar of their spat over the frequency of violent crimes, together with rape and homicide, towards girls in India.
