A day after he mentioned he was 100% able to tackle Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a public debate on the Lok Sabha elections, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi has formally replied to a letter by two former judges and a senior journalist inviting him and the PM to be a part of such an occasion.
