Singapore Airways CEO on Wednesday issued a public apology after one passenger died and 30 others had been injured because of extreme turbulence on a flight from London to Singapore.
In a video message, Goh Choon Phong stated that they had been “very sorry for the traumatic expertise” that everybody on board the flight, SQ321, went via on Tuesday.
